ENGAGEMENT PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY
You and your partner will be photographed together in a setting of your choice, for up to one hour. Popular settings for our Tampa engagement portrait photography sessions include Honeymoon Island, Ybor City, and the Unversity of Tampa's downtown campus. We use the same techniques and photographic style for engagement portrait photography as we do for weddings, resulting in genuine, natural images that reflect the love and chemistry you share.
Tampa Engagement Portrait Photography Package includes:
- One hour of unlimited engagement photography.
- Twenty professionally retouched images, delivered on a high-resolution disc that you can print from yourself.
- Images displayed for 30 days on our password-protected website.

US VIRGIN ISLANDS DESTINATION WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY
For those with discerning tastes and a yearn for adventure, we offer affordable destination wedding photography packages on the beautiful islands of St. Thomas and St. John, USVI. From the turquoise-blue tranquility of Maho Bay and Emerald Beach, to the white sands of Cinnamon Bay, we'll use our 10 years of photography experience in the United States Virgin Islands to capture stunning images of your wedding on St. Thomas or St. John.
All prices plus tax. We offer professional printing and other services for an additional charge, but you are not obligated to any purchase, as you will receive your fully edited/retouched hi-resolution images on a disc, with a limited copyright release to print or display as you wish. Additional charges apply for multiple locations, travel outside of the four-county Tampa Bay metro area*, and other exceptional situations.

What makes Cool Change Photography different?
Besides the fact that we offer some of the most competitive pricing in the entire Tampa Bay area for professional wedding photography... it's all about our style.
We know how to put you at ease in front of the camera. We know how to capture natural images and genuine emotions, as opposed to the stiff poses and fake smiles you see in so many other wedding photos.
We know that the pictures from your wedding day will be some of your most cherished memories for years to come, and we do everything possible to achieve greatness in every photo we shoot.
But we also know that weddings are celebrations and meant to be fun. So we strive to bring an extra element of positive, upbeat professionalism to your special day. Put simply, we love what we do... and it shows!
Do you offer "Full-Day Coverage"?
Yes. But be aware that the term "full day coverage" is used rather loosely in the wedding photography business. We keep our prices for Tampa wedding photography simple and transparent by basing everything on the number of hours of photography time you'd like.
In our world, "full day coverage" means eight hours of continuous, unlimited photography. Based on our pricing model above, our charge would be $1299.
Do we get prints with the packages?
No, you get something even better, for free. We give you the very best images from your wedding or event delivered on a high resolution CD. Essentially, it's like getting the negatives from an old-school photographer who shoots with film.
You can take the disc to the photo counter or lab of your choice and order whatever number of prints or sizes that you'd like. Make your own photo book. Or, put the disc in your computer and upload the images to sites like Facebook.
Then why do you offer the opportunity to purchase prints?
The prints you order from the CD will look great, particularly in sizes up to and including 8x10. However, the quality is subject to the limitations of the lab that prints them, as well as the paper they use, and any decisions they make along the way like cropping and additional (or automatic) color correction.
The professional-quality prints we offer are just that. Professional quality. Printed on premium Kodak photo paper by a top-quality lab, they are perfectly cropped and printed to reflect beautiful skin tones, vibrant colors, and amazing sharpness. Of course, they're more expensive, but for the real "keepers" that you want to hang on the wall or display in a nice frame, we strongly recommend ordering through us.
How can we order prints?
After your wedding--in addition to the CD--we'll give you a link and password to our private client galleries where you'll be able to view all of your images, either individually or in a slide-show format. You can look at the images closely and decide which ones you want us to print professionally.
The bottom line is that you only pay extra for the professional-quality prints that you want. It helps us keep our wedding photography package prices low, and puts you in complete control.
What about wedding albums?
We offer a variety of beautiful wedding albums from top manufacturers starting at only $125. All of them contain at least 20 photographs and include the price of prints. On the high end, we offer the option to work directly with a professional designer to produce a one-of-a-kind, custom keepsake wedding album. Bound in premium leather and delivered in a soft, swanky bag, it contains up to 60 images printed directly on the pages. It's priced at $795, and worth every penny.
What are your payment terms?
When you book your wedding and sign the contract, we'll ask for an initial deposit of $200 to hold the date. This will of course be applied to the total cost of your photography package. The remainder of the balance is due on or before your wedding day.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, as well as cash and checks made payable to "Cool Change Photography".
How far in advance should I book?
That's up to you. Unlike many Tampa Bay wedding photographers, we typically only shoot one wedding per day, so we're never in a rush or running late. But it does limit our availability. Once you have a date locked in, it's a good idea to book as far in advance as possible. Plus, it's one less thing to worry about as your wedding date approaches. That being said, it's not at all unusual to hear from clients who need a wedding photographer in a week. We understand, and are happy to accomodate short-notice requests as long as we're available.
Who will shoot my photos?
That's a very important question to ask whatever studio you ultimately hire. We have only one photographer, Nick Sanders. All of the images displayed on our site are his, without exception. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of all other studios, so be sure to ask as you shop around. Every wedding photographer has a different style and level of professionalism, and experience levels vary widely. Do you offer free services for charities?
